Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking part-time after-school coaches to lead sports sessions for children aged 5–10 across Bay Area schools. Each class lasts about one hour, with potential for an extra 30 minutes of pre-care, and pay is $50–$65 per session. In-person work and local residency are required.

You will follow provided lesson plans, manage 8–16 students, attend a 2-day training, and must be vaccinated with TB/LIVE Scan completed before starting. Reliable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old at application.
• Must live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports/coaching or working with kids preferred but not required.
• Fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not provided).

Job Overview

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre-care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children.

The pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

We do have openings for After School Tennis, Pickleball, Volleyball, Dance, Yoga and Basketball.

Programs are offered at multiple schools across the Bay Area. Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.

Requirements

• Must be 19+ years old upon application
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.
