Qualifications

• Four years of experience in Mental Health is preferred.
• Ability to solve practical problems and address various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.

Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinate, and monitor direct care activities for clients in the treatment environment.
• Develop, implement, and facilitate therapeutic activities aligned with the agency's Model of Care.
• Offer appropriate interventions to maintain consumer baseline behaviors and monitor clients in crisis.
