Tutu School Boulder is seeking a warm, engaging Ballet Teacher to join our new studio opening June 2026. You will guide joyful ballet classes for ages 6 months to 8 years, support events, and help maintain a welcoming space for families in a community-driven studio.

Ideal candidates have ballet training, experience with young children, and strong communication with families. This role offers a supportive team culture, development opportunities, and a path to advance with the Boulder project.

Responsibilities

• Teach joyful, engaging 45-minute ballet classes for children ages 6 months to 8 years.
• Lead classes of up to 8 children, including caregiver-supported classes for children under age 3.
• Deliver lessons using Tutu School’s age-appropriate curriculum, music, and studio props.
• Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment.
• Provide individualized encouragement, guidance, and positive feedback to students.
• Build positive relationships with families and communicate progress, policies, and promotions.
• Assist with studio events, including birthday parties, day camps, and recital support.
• Support front-of-house and retail operations, including processing sales and restocking merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio and spaces.
• Represent the Tutu School brand with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support studio growth in the Boulder community.
