The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking an experienced nurse leader to manage the Hematology-Oncology-Children’s division at SJCH, overseeing clinical and support staff and aligning operations with organizational goals.

You will drive process improvements, participate in budget planning, ensure compliance with policies and laws, and collaborate with executive leaders to enhance patient care and operational efficiency across diverse delivery settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.

Minimum Education and Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Master’s degree required within 4 years of hire. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of prior healthcare leadership experience required. Hematology/Oncology experience preferred. Certification/Licensure: Licensure as a registered nurse (RN) by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or compact state required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
