Why You’ll Think We’re Awesome:

• Ditch the Boring Jobs: You could get paid to fold t-shirts, or you could get paid to act like a dinosaur. The choice is yours!
• Close Your Activity Rings: You’ll stay fit while you work because you’ll be moving all day—getting your steps in has never been so fun.
• Real Impact: You’ll watch children walk out of class more confident than when they walked in—every single day.
• We Invest in You: This may not be your forever career, but we are going to train you like it is. You’ll gain leadership and communication skills that last a lifetime.

What We Expect From You:

• Teach "Serious Fun": Lead amazing classes based on our proven curriculum. (Don't worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know!)
• Bring the Energy: Treat every class and every child as if it’s their first day—EVERY WEEK!
• Be a Hospitality Pro: Provide outstanding service to our members. We treat our families like family.
• Create the Magic: Maintain a warm, safe, and educational environment where kids feel like superstars.

You’d Fit In Here If…

• You’re a high-five machine and aren't afraid to be a total goofball.
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
• You were voted "Most Likely to be in a Good Mood" by your high school classmates.
• You live to serve—making others feel good makes you feel good.
• You love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and get the work done.
• (A background in child development, physical education, drama, cheerleading and/or gymnastics is a plus, but not required!)

But seriously, read the fine print…
