Job summary

Euro School of Tennis is seeking reliable, energetic coaches to teach beginner-level tennis programs for children aged 5–10 at Bay Area schools. In-person sessions are scheduled Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, with provided lesson plans and equipment to ensure a fun, active learning environment.

We value dependable, communicative coaches who enjoy working with kids and can manage groups effectively. Training is provided; visa sponsorship is not available in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes using company lesson plans.
• Manage groups of 8–16 students.
• Create a safe and positive learning environment.
• Attend a 2-day unpaid training/shadowing session (2–3 hours per session).
• Take attendance and manage student sign-in/out.
• Communicate professionally with parents and school staff.
• Take a few class photos for program documentation.

Available Programs

• A. Regular Coach (Tennis and other programs)
  • Pay: $18–$24 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, around 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • Back-to-back sessions available
  • Available to coaches who demonstrate strong tennis and coaching skills
• B. Saturday Tennis Clinics
  • Pay: $18–$24 per hour
  • Schedule: Saturdays and/or Sundays
  • Back-to-back sessions available

About the Role

We are looking for reliable, energetic, and positive Coaches to teach beginner-level programs for children ages 5–10 (Grades K–5) at schools throughout the Bay Area.

All lesson plans and equipment are provided. Our goal is to create a fun, active, and supportive learning environment for young players.

Requirements

• At least 19 years old
• Playing or coaching experience preferred but not required
• USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
• Enjoy working with children
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must complete a TB test and Live Scan background check before employment
• Must provide a photo and short biography for the company website
• Must currently live in the Bay Area and be available for in-person work
