Job summary

The Nest Beauty Services is seeking a Childcare Team Member to supervise and engage children while parents receive services in the studio. You will create a safe, playful, and nurturing environment where kids feel happy and parents feel at ease.

Responsibilities include supervising small groups, facilitating age-appropriate activities, maintaining a clean space, and communicating clearly with parents and the team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (babysitting, daycare, teaching, etc.)
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• Patient, warm, and attentive demeanor
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, trustworthy, and able to stay calm under pressure
• Comfortable working with children of various ages, including infants and toddlers
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
