Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Teacher to care for children in our licensed childcare center. You will follow licensing guidelines, create a safe, engaging classroom, and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth.

You are at least 18, have experience in childcare, and will participate in ongoing training and our Master Teacher Program. We offer flexible schedules, no nights or weekends, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state education and center requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to care for every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
