Job summary

Wilmington-Preschool-of-the-Arts is hiring a part-time on-call substitute floating childcare teacher. You will work with all age groups as needed, based on your availability each week, with a flexible schedule and no guaranteed nights or weekends.

Compensation ranges from $14 to $17 per hour, depending on education and experience. Join a supportive team that values growth, professional development, and a fun, child-centered culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass all state background checks.
• Enthusiasm to be part of a dedicated, driven, and collaborative team.
• Past childcare experience highly preferred.
