Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our in-home care team in Chantilly, Virginia. This role offers on-call shifts with both part-time and full-time options and a pay rate of $15-$17 per hour.

As a caregiver, you will provide personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and engaging activities while maintaining clear communication with clients and their families. A background check and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in home care or child care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
