SYNERGY HomeCare in San Jose, CA is seeking caring childcare providers to join our team. We value heart, compassion, and a passion for supporting families in their homes, delivering reliable, age-appropriate activities and safety.

We offer competitive wages ($21–$23 per hour), direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, and employee recognition. Hindi speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to children’s needs, including engaging and fun activities
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
