Job summary

Children's Village Inc. in Wolcott, CT is seeking dedicated classroom teachers to join our team. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with compensation of $22-24 per hour.

You will work with children to help them THRIVE in a fun, engaging environment that ends each day with a dance party and songs. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, CT teacher certification (or CDA/AA), and at least 1 year of classroom experience. State background checks must be passed.

Qualifications

• CT teacher certification, CDA or AA required.
• Minimum 1 year of classroom experience.
• Ability to pass all state background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in classroom activities and teach children.
• Create a positive learning environment for students.
• Collaborate with Center Director and staff to support student growth.
