Job summary

The Learning Grove Academy in Carmel, IN is seeking a Lead Teacher to motivate and guide early learners in Jr. Preschool. This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule and endorses a collaborative, nurturing teaching culture.

You will mentor assistants, plan engaging lessons, and foster strong relationships with families while upholding our core values and commitment to safe, caring education.

Qualifications

• Requires CDA or higher education in early childhood education.
• Experience leading a classroom and mentoring assistants preferred.
• Strong communication with families and staff is essential.

Compensation

$18 - $19 an hour, based on experience and education

Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

As a Lead Teacher, you will:
