The Learning Experience of Horizon West is seeking a passionate Child Care Director to lead our preschool family and foster a nurturing, fun, and inspiring environment for young learners.

We’re looking for someone who is a dynamic leader with a passion for early childhood education, who has a talent for inspiring a team of dedicated educators with enthusiasm and vision and believes in the power of creating a positive impact on children, their families, and the communities of Horizon West and

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in early childhood education.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with families, staff and the community.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Enrollment management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the preschool.
• Build a strong, supportive team of educators.
• Manage enrollment, family relations, and community events.
• Foster a welcoming, high-quality learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations for DCF, VPK and TLE.
