Job summary

YMCA seeks a leader to manage our preschool program, overseeing its implementation, development and delivery. You will recruit, train and support staff and volunteers, and handle onboarding, curriculum development, and budgeting while ensuring regulatory compliance with Association standards.

This role also supports annual campaign activities and collaborates across departments. A four-year degree or equivalent experience, plus supervisory experience with diverse populations, is preferred; Y

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years of work experience.
• Experience directing programs through supervision of volunteers and staff.
• Previous experience with diverse populations.
• YMCA Team Leader certification preferred.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Obtain and maintain all new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire.
