Job summary

Excel Creative Early Learning, part of Early Learning Academies (ELA), seeks a Large Center Director to lead our team and oversee center operations. This is a role focused on creating a welcoming, caring environment for children and families through strong leadership and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate has a Level 3 admin credential, a Bachelor's in ECE, and at least 2 years of center experience, with proven management capability within an educational setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 admin credential is required.
• Bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field and at least 2 yrs of center experience.
• Proven experience in management preferably in a center or school setting.
