Excel Creative Early Learning, part of Early Learning Academies (ELA), is seeking a Center Director in North Carolina. You will lead day-to-day operations, nurture a caring team culture, and ensure high-quality early learning experiences for children and families.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and a Level 3 Admin Credential, with prior experience managing a large center. We offer strong benefits and growth opportunities.

We are currently seeking a qualified Center Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field, accompanied by a Level 3 Admin Credential. Additionally, previous experience in managing a large center is highly preferred.

Pay Range

$45,000—$60,000 USD
