Child Development Schools is seeking a Bus Driver in Mesa, AZ to provide safe, reliable transportation for students and to assist with classroom activities alongside Lead Teachers. You will foster a warm, nurturing environment and support children through hands-on learning, storytelling, and daily routines.

The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and positive family communication while contributing to a collaborative early education team.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements.
• Provide on time, safe and reliable transportation for our Before and After School programs.
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication.
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports.
• Maintain a safe Bus environment

Childcare Center Bus Driver

Your role

As a Bus Driver at Child Development Schools, you will support our center by providing safe, reliable transportation for our students to and from school and/or activities. You may also be supporting classrooms, working alongside your Lead Teacher, you will support young learners through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth. From hands-on activities and storytelling to everyday learning moments, you will help shape a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore the world around them.

You will serve as a trusted partner to families, a positive role model for children, and an important part of our collaborative teaching team dedicated to making early childhood education engaging, nurturing, safe, and fun.

Your day looks like

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements

Pay and benefits

Pay: $15.15-$17 per hour, based on experience and education.
