Job summary

Just for Kids - Needmore is seeking a motivated Bus Driver to transport children daily in a safe, compliant manner. A valid F-endorsed driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass background checks are required, and candidates must be 23 or older.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:15am to 4:15pm, with competitive hourly pay and a strong benefits package. Training and development opportunities are provided in a family-oriented setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport children daily while following state regulations and health regulations pertaining to duties.
• Follow proper protocol and submit required paperwork to Director in a timely manner.
• Communicate with parents effectively both written and verbally.
• Support coordinating field trips and communicate logistics, procedures and expectations to administration, teachers, and parents.
• Mentor and train substitute Bus drivers to cover absences.
• Maintain the vehicle according to state regulations.
• Maintain a clean, orderly and safe bus.
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.

Childcare Bus Driver

Just for Kids - Needmore is a licensed childcare center seeking a Bus Driver! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic candidate who is passionate about early childhood education.

To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED, an F endorsed driver's license and the ability to pass all background checks. Must be 23 years of age or older. A plus if you have previous childcare experience!

Required Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:15am - 4:15pm

Compensation: $14-16/hr, based on education and experience.
