Job summary

Cole Academy is seeking Assistant Teachers to support our Infant program in Mount Juliet, TN. This role offers a weekday schedule with no nights or weekends and pays $15–$17 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of classroom experience.
• Ability to pass all state background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Infant program and support teaching staff.
• Engage children in a fun and safe learning environment.
• Support daily activities during work hours (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm or 9:00am-6:00pm).
