Job summary

Inspire Early Education in Missouri is seeking a Childcare Assistant Director to work with the Center Director in delivering high-quality early education. You will help shape daily operations, support teachers, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in early childhood education, MO Director Qualified Certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• MO Director Qualified Certification required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

What You'll Do

Every day is a chance to make an impact. You will:

• Help educators foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment through the implementation of an Emergent Curriculum.
• Working closely with the Center Director to ensure the day-to-day operations of the center.
• Ensure teachers are supporting children's emotional, physical, and cognitive development while maintaining a safe and healthy classroom environment.
• Engage with parents and families, providing support and communication about their child's progress.
• Collaborate with professionals and support children with their specialized needs as necessary.
• Maintain documentation and records, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or equivalent ( Required )
• State of MO Director Qualified Certification ( Required )
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience ( Required )
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements
