Celebree School of Leander at Crystal Falls is hiring a Childcare Aide / Assistant Teacher to support lead teachers in delivering high-quality early education. This entry-level role focuses on meeting each child’s needs within a nurturing, inclusive team environment.

You will help implement age-appropriate lessons, maintain a safe classroom, communicate with parents, and grow with Celebree’s values of protecting, educating, and nurturing.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in classroom management ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors.
• Assist in creating and implementing thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum.
• Assist in managing effective classroom transitions.
• Assist and supervise children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
• Ensure that the appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment of the classroom are appropriately maintained.
• Present a positive and professional image at all times adhering to uniform requirements.
• Communicate effectively with parents, greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom happenings.
