Powdr Corp.’s Mt. Bachelor location in Bend, Oregon is hiring a Summer 2026 Childcare Aide to support a childcare center for guests and staff children. Responsibilities include supervising activities, serving meals, diaper changes in infant/toddler rooms, leading outdoor play, and maintaining a clean center.

A background check is required, with an emphasis on child safety. Training includes First Aid and Child CPR, and completion of mandated health and safety training within 30 days of starting.

Qualifications

Duties include assisting in activities, serving lunch, changing diapers in the infant and toddler rooms, leading outdoor play activities, cleaning the center before, during, and at the end of the day, and any additional duties that would normally be expected in a childcare setting.
