New Horizon Academy Bloomington is seeking a Childcare Aide for our Infant, Toddler, and Float classrooms in Normandale Towers. The role supports teachers, engages children in age-appropriate activities, and helps maintain a nurturing environment.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a starting wage range of $15.75 to $16.80 per hour. A strong team ethic and passion for child development are essential to join our growing network.

Qualifications

• Meets state qualifications for the listed position.
• Has a passion for working with young children.
• Interest in beginning or continuing education in early childhood education or a related field.
• Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
• Has documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
