Celebree School invites you to join our team as a Childcare Aide / Assistant Teacher. In this entry-level role you will support lead teachers, uphold high standards of care and education, and help meet each child’s individual needs in a nurturing, inclusive classroom.

You’ll participate in planning age-appropriate activities, manage smooth transitions, communicate with families, and grow your career through Celebree’s coaching, professional development, and clear pathways for advancement.

Responsabilités

• Assist lead teachers in classroom management ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Assist in creating and implementing age-appropriate and stimulating lesson plans in line with Celebree’s curriculum.
• Assist in managing smooth classroom transitions.
• Supervise children during activities; apply positive discipline techniques when needed.
• Ensure classroom appearance, cleanliness and safety are maintained.
• Present a positive and professional image with uniform compliance.
• Communicate with parents and provide regular updates on child development and classroom happenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead Teachers in classroom management ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors.
• Assist in creating and implementing thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum.
• Assist in managing effective classroom transitions.
• Assist and supervise children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
• Ensure that the appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment of the classroom are appropriately maintained.
• Present a positive and professional image at all times adhering to uniform requirements.
• Communicate effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom happenings.
