Job summary

New Horizon Academy ROCHESTER Cascade Creek is seeking a dedicated Childcare Aide to join our team. The role supports infants, toddlers, preschool, and related classrooms with a focus on nurturing and safety.

This full-time position runs Monday through Friday. A $1000 sign-on bonus is offered, with a starting pay of $15.75–$16.80 per hour. We seek energetic educators who love working with children and are committed to ongoing development.

Qualifications

Have positive work ethic and be a team-player.
Be able to work full-time (Monday-Friday) and be flexible with scheduling.
Have a passion for working with children.
Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
