Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a childbirth education professional to meet the educational needs of expectant and new families and support networks at Swedish First Hill. Minimum qualification is a Bachelor's degree in a related field with childbirth education experience; formal training and nationally recognized certification

Qualifications

• Successful completion of formal childbirth education training preferred.
• Nationally recognized childbirth education certification preferred on hire.
• Teaching experience (minimum 6 months) preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - In related field or equivalent combination of education and experience in childbirth education

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework/Training - Successful completion of formal childbirth education training program
• Certification by a nationally recognized childbirth education upon hire
• 6 months - Teaching experience
