Qualifications

• Master's degree with 5% salary incentive eligibility.
• On-call duties and weekend hours may apply.

Responsibilities

• Investigates allegations of child abuse or neglect.
• Protects safety of children and assists families to reduce risk.
• Preserves and strengthens parental protective capacities to prevent out-of-home placements.
• Provides services to families including reunification planning and permanency options.
• Complete Child Welfare Core Academy Training program for new employees.
