The role focuses on coordinating recruitment activities, ensuring MEPA-IEP alignment, training delivery, onboarding tracking, and timely case documentation in SHINES, with opportunities for telework depending on position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience coordinating recruitment activities and training is a plus.
• Ability to document services and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates recruitment activities according to regional plans.
• Ensures activities align with MEPA-IEP expectations.
• Develops recruitment activities using regional data and trends.
• Recruit caregivers through marketing concepts.
• Facilitates IMPACT training quarterly.
• Tracks onboarding and ensures timely approvals.
• Documents contacts and case notes in SHINES within 72 hours.
• Conducts home re-evaluations and needs assessments.
• Advocates for caregivers and ensures safety standards.
