Job summary

Grow Wellness Group is seeking a Full-Time, Clinically Licensed Child Therapist to provide individual therapy to children and adolescents and collaborate with families for growth and emotional well-being.

You'll work with children ages 3 and up, addressing ADHD, anxiety, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics, while contributing to a supportive, multidisciplinary team and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related human services field.
• Full clinical licensure in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist).
• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience working with children and families.
• Availability to work a schedule that includes a few evenings each week and one weekend day.

Responsibilities

Role Description

As a Full-Time Child Therapist, you'll provide individual therapy to children and adolescents while partnering with families to foster growth, resilience, and emotional well-being. Our child therapists commonly work with children ages 3-4 and older, helping clients and families navigate concerns such as:

• Behavioral and emotional regulation challenges
• Attachment concerns
• Parenting support
• Family and blended family dynamics

• School-related challenges
• Social and emotional development

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related human services field
• Full clinical licensure in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist)

• Strong clinical judgment and exemplary therapeutic skills
