Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking part-time staff to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, record data, and collaborate with our clinical team to support skill development and behavior goals.

No prior ABA experience is required—paid training is provided. This role is ideal for education professionals seeking flexible afternoon or evening hours and a meaningful daily impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with BCBA Supervisor(s) to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Coordinate with families to support treatment effectiveness.

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.

Qualifications:

Need to Know:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community‑based locations.
• All positions start off part‑time.
• Required to take the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Looking to hire candidates who are willing to make a 6‑month commitment to change our clients lives.
