Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a psychologist focused on children and adolescents to join our national network. The position offers a hybrid work model with the option for in-person or telehealth sessions, and a compensation package that rewards productivity.

You will conduct testing, assessments, and feedback, collaborating with a diverse clinical team. Applicants must hold a doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD), be licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts, and be board eligible or certified.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD) from APA accredited program.
• Fully licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts.
• Board eligible or board certified.
• Comfortable with children and adolescent population.
• Compensation model based on productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing intakes, plan assessment batteries, administer psychological measures.
• Interpret data and write reports with clear feedback sessions.
• Clarify diagnoses, complete documentation, and develop treatment plans.
