Job summary

PMC Medical Staffing seeks an experienced Child & Pediatric Clinical Psychologist to join a clinical team serving children, adolescents, teens, and families in the Flint, Michigan community. The role focuses on diagnostic evaluations and collaborative care in a clinic setting, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and a start date in October 2026.

The position offers a $140,000 annual salary, comprehensive benefits, four weeks of PTO, 13 paid holidays, and a sign-on bonus of $5,000.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology.
• Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Michigan.
• Michigan Limited Licensed Psychologist-Doctoral may apply if eligible.
• Limited license holders must obtain full MI licensure within one year.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience with children.
• Must meet Michigan Dept of Health qualifications as Child Mental Health Professional.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adolescents.
• Assess cognitive, developmental, behavioral, and psychological needs.
• Administer and interpret psychological and developmental tests.
• Evaluate autism spectrum and other developmental/behavioral concerns.
• Develop and communicate diagnostic impressions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Provide clinical supervision to licensed or limited-licensed professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Position Overview

• Daily Duties: The Clinical Psychologist will provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for individuals from birth through age 21
• BONUS: Offering a $5,000 Sign - On Bonus
• $140,000 Annual Salary (flexible depending on experience)

Requirements

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
• Must Be A Licensed Psychologist (LP) in the state of Michigan
• Candidates currently holding a Michigan Limited Licensed Psychologist-Doctoral credential may be considered if eligible for full Michigan licensure
• Candidates with a limited license must obtain full Michigan licensure within one year of hire
• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF CLINICAL EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CHILDREN AS A PSYCHOLOGIST
• Must meet applicable Michigan Department of Community Health qualifications as a Child Mental Health Professional
