Job summary

Optimum has partnered with an established group in northern Indiana to recruit a Child Psychiatrist to join their team. The role includes a 12-bed inpatient unit and an outpatient clinic serving patients aged 3+ (outpatient) and 13+ (inpatient). You will work Monday through Friday with a 1:4 call rotation.

The position offers a competitive base salary with RVUs, relocation support, five weeks PTO, paid CMEs, medical malpractice with tail, and H1 sponsorship availability.

Qualifications

• Board certification in psychiatry is required.
• MD/DO in Psychiatry or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient psychiatry care on a 12-bed unit and outpatient services for patients aged 3+ (outpatient) and 13+ (inpatient).
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation including adult and child psychiatry coverage.
• Collaborate with a team of 8 MDs and 9 APCs to coordinate patient care.
