Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking Board-eligible/Board-certified Child Psychiatrists licensed in the US for outpatient care across Massachusetts. The role supports both telemedicine and in-person visits, with no nights or weekend commitments and a flexible full/part-time schedule.

We offer above-market compensation ranging from $425,000 to $455,000 annually, generous benefits, sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k with match and paid parental leave.
