MASC Medical Recruitment Firm in Chicago, IL is seeking a Board-certified Child Psychiatrist for a full-time, outpatient role. The practice uses an innovative brain-body approach and offers a supportive environment, reasonable hours (Mon-Fri, 9am–5pm), limited call, and on-site work with optional telehealth for those who can come in several days a week.

Compensation includes a base salary of 250k+ with a production bonus; total potential around 306k with a 50/50 split for about 30 patient hours

• Board certified preferred.
• Current medical license in the state of Illinois or willing to obtain.
• Must be open to multiple treatment plan approach to mental health.

• 100% outpatient.
• Telehealth optional for physicians who can come onsite at least a few days per week.

Child Psychiatrist Schedule, Compensation & Benefits

• Will consider telehealth for Physicians who can come onsite at least a few days per week
• Mon thru Fri, 9am to 5pm
• Weekends and evenings are not required and they are rarely called after hours
• $250k+ base salary plus production bonus
• Total potential compensation based on 50/50 split working 30 patient hours a week is $306,000 (with 4 weeks off a year)
