Salary: $56,900.00 annual (TBD per DCF Salary Policy).

Overview

We invite a champion of the Florida Practice Model to serve as a Practice Model Coach Field Support Consultant (FSC) in Project NorthStar, Florida’s statewide initiative to realign policy and practice.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and support CPI Supervisors and Program Administrators in real‑time investigations.
  • Deliver 24–48 hours of personalized coaching per participant across a 6‑week cycle.
  • Co‑facilitate team‑based fidelity reviews of closed investigations and provide individualized feedback.
  • Prepare participants for competency‑based assessments by identifying growth areas and strengthening practice.
  • Support the five‑day in‑person training on the Florida Safety Practice Model.
