Job summary

Prisma Health in Blount Memorial Hospital's Wellness - Springbrook is seeking a compassionate teammate to provide a safe, engaging play environment for children. You will open/close playrooms, prepare activities, and greet families.

You will ensure rooms and toys are cleaned per infection control policies, stock supplies, and support community events as needed. A high school diploma and childcare experience are preferred to join our caring team.

Qualifications

• Education - High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Experience - Childcare work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens room ensuring it is ready for use. Close room at end of day.
• Cleans room and toys according to infection control policy.
• Stocks, maintains and organizes playrooms.
• Provides daily playroom activities as instructed.
• Greets clients and children in a friendly manner. Strives to make each visit a positive experience.
• May assist with community donations, events and holidays as needed.
• May circulate toy cart.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
