As a Child Focused Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic services that help improve the mental health and well-being of children, adolescents, and their families in an outpatient setting. Drawing on your clinical training and experience, you will deliver individualized and family therapy using developmentally appropriate, client-centered approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering resilience, supporting mental wellness, and improving quality of life through clinical excellence, collaboration, and exceptional client care.
We offer two pay options to meet your professional and financial goals! We have an option with a predictable base pay and another with flexible earning potential.
