Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited college or university.
• Active Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor License or Mental Health Associate License (or in process).
• Child Mental Health Specialist credential or working toward credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide developmentally and culturally appropriate diagnostic assessments for children and families.
• Refer and coordinate psychiatric services and medication management.
• Provide individual and family counseling, crisis stabilization, and suicide risk assessment.
• Develop treatment plans and collaborate with schools, clinicians, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to program policies and procedures.
