Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• State licensure must be valid and in good standing.
• Proficient in usage of EHRs and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with mental health conditions and working with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate person-centered treatment plans with families and community resources.
• Act as a liaison for families and their natural support systems.
• Prepare reports for external agencies as needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies and HIPAA regulations.
