Starting salary is $65,559. The annualized salary range for this position is $65,559 to $84,630 per year (based on a 37-1/2-hour work week); the range is based on the number of years of service with the agency.
LCMHA is also a participating / qualifying site for several student debt relief options including the HRSA Loan Repayment Program and MDHHS Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program (Please note that employee eligibility is determined by these programs, and not by LCMHA).

This opportunity is fully on site, at LCMHA's Main Office at the Human Services Building in Adrian, MI. The position also requires travel to see consumers in their homes throughout Lenawee County.
As a Child & Family Therapist on the Children's Services Team you will provide treatment to children and their families using evidence-based practices. Treatment is delivered on site or in the family home. The therapist assists the family in developing an Individual Plan of Service. The therapist provides clinical information to the psychiatrist, case management staff, emergency services staff, and other treatment team members. The therapist also assists in the development of parent and family education programs, and assists the Children's Services Team in community education activities. The therapist will:
