Job summary

Behavioral Health Resources in Washington state seeks a Mental Health Intake Specialist to conduct high-quality intakes for eligibility in the Child and Family Outpatient Services Program.

Compensation ranges from $27.83 to $38.79 per hour, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including 100% paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 403b plan, holidays, PTO, and loan repayment programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field.
• Mental Health Professional (MHP) or eligible for MHP at time of hire.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment strategies towards DSM diagnoses.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary treatment team and collaboration with providers.
• Strong organizational skills and EHR documentation experience.
• Covid vaccination recommended for health care providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive intakes to determine eligibility for the Child and Family Outpatient Services Program.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate care and plan next steps.
