You will maintain records, participate in weekly supervision, and coordinate with the treatment team to ensure plans meet policies and state rules.

• Master's degree preferred in a human service field and experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic treatment environment.
• Experience complying with state or contractual requirements.
• Ability to maintain clinical files and adhere to documentation timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as outlined in Treatment Plans.
• Attend supervision and implement recommendations.
• Maintain client files and complete clinical documentation timely.
• Coordinate with treatment team to update plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Link families to services per treatment plans and participate in court-related issues when needed.
