Job summary

Turning Point Community Programs in Elk Grove, CA seeks a dedicated direct service professional to support families. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology required.
• Four years of varied experience counseling mentally disabled persons.
• California driver's license and current vehicle insurance/registration required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans with families.
• Complete intake paperwork and conduct behavioral and strength assessments.
• Facilitate meetings with child, family, and providers.
• Maintain required records per county and agency.
• Provide crisis intervention and on-call coverage as needed.
