Job summary

Hopebridge in Columbus, IN is hiring a Child Development Specialist / Behavior Technician (BT) to support kids with Autism. You’ll receive paid training, work Monday through Friday, and grow through our RBT certification pathway.

You’ll create nurturing learning environments, learn from BCBA supervision, document progress, and help families celebrate milestones while benefiting from insurance, PTO, and a company-matched 401K.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain/maintain RBT certification (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that supports skill acquisition and functional communication for children.
• Learn from BCBA supervision to provide therapy that helps life skills.
• Review behavior plans and materials to ensure consistent implementation.
• Complete daily progress notes on intervention plan implementation.
• Work with children to foster social interactions and school readiness.
• Celebrate milestones and support families throughout therapy.
