The Role

As a Coach at The Little Gym, you’ll be on the floor teaching fun, high‑energy classes that help kids grow physically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll follow our proven curriculum and teaching methods — and don’t worry, we’ll train you on The Little Gym way. You’ll spend your time moving, playing, encouraging, and helping kids feel confident and proud in every class.

What You’ll Do
