Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our growing team and help deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. This role focuses on 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services, using evidence-based practices to support families.

We provide paid training, BCAT exam review, a clear progression path to BCBA, flexible part-time schedules, and competitive pay from $21.18 to $28.42 per hour, with benefits including a 401(k) match and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, autism is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date (training provided).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; at least high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus!).
• High School or equivalent, bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Willingness to obtain your BCAT credential within 90 days of your start date (We provide all training!).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (within a 30–40-minute drive radius).
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
