Job summary

Bright Horizons is hiring teachers to educate infants, toddlers, and preschoolers across multiple centers. Positions offer both full-time and part-time hours with funding to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost. You will be part of a team dedicated to nurturing children’s growth.

You will create hands-on activities, maintain parent communication, and ensure safety and cleanliness in the classroom while providing coverage across centers as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
• CDA, Associate or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) is required.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
