Tiny Treasures Child Care & Learnin seeks a dedicated lead teacher to design age-appropriate lessons and guide early childhood development in a warm, inclusive setting.

You will collaborate with families, supervise staff, maintain records, and ensure safe, engaging classrooms for toddlers through preschoolers.

Qualificações

• Must have experience in early childhood education settings such as daycare or preschool.
• Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged.

• Supervise assistant teachers and support staff to maintain high standards of childcare quality and classroom experience.
• Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, child assessments, behavior reports, and other documentation necessary for compliance and continuous improvement.
